Elevators for high-speed pallet lifting

With safety as a key priority, our pallet elevators are designed to eliminate the possibility of catastrophic failure, even in the case of failure of individual components. Our intelligent elevator models incorporate a Siemens servo motor and controller, providing smooth running speeds of 3 metres per second.

Heavy-duty conveyors for pallet transport

Our heavy-duty pallet conveyor systems are capable of transporting pallets and larger flat-based products from 100 kg to 2 tonnes, providing running speeds of up to 30 metres per minute. Depending on product specifications and operational requirements, options include roller conveyors with motorised drum, belt, chain and line shaft configurations.

Pack and other end-of-line systems

Through our in-house robotics expertise and our relationships with leading packaging technology suppliers, we can supply and integrate end-of-line systems for automated pallet wrapping and associated processes such as detection, weighing, printing and labelling. Sortation prior to end-of-line process and storage/onward distribution

Our range of high-speed sorters includes shoe, tilt-tray and cross-belt configurations. Pallets can be sorted according to their next required step in the process by integrating, vision, voice, weighing, barcode, RFID or other technologies.

Zoned systems for accumulation and intelligent transport

Managing the flow of pallets through zoning, coupled with the use of transfer units (such as right-angled sortation conveyors and turntables), provides a modular system, allowing for a range of options, including bi-directional transport. As each zone will run only when required, significant energy savings are possible.
