Project assessment: Following extensive consultation with the client I.O. Systems will produce a competitive quotation which takes into account all the results of our initial investigation. Our quote can be on a budgetary or on a fixed-price basis and will contain a system description, technical specifications, scope of delivery and a detailed layout.

Project management: Used as a means of undertaking projects in a controlled and planned way. Upon order placement a project manager is appointed who coordinates the project and is the primary contact person. They establish the project plan and monitor the delivery times. The operational specification and the engineering layout are then prepared followed by detailed engineering. Once all the components have been designed & manufactured, the main elements are, if necessary tested in our plant, before the components are shipped to your premises, assembled and inspected. At the final stage the complete system is fully functionally tested, training & documentation are provided, only when all tests have shown that any teething troubles have been resolved do we finally hand the systems over to you

Engineering: Our Engineering Department is another essential resource in any project. With the help of standard pre-engineering modules, our engineers work throughout the entire design phase. In order to provide optimum service to our customers, our Engineering resources are made up of the following specialist sections:

Mechanical Engineering Standard Components: for re-engineering the project with standard pre-engineered components.
