LINE CHANGERS (LCH)

Supplied as standard modules the Sanki Automatic Line Changer from I.O. Systems can easily be integrated into a conveyor system to converge or diverge product into three conveying lanes; sorting by size, barcode or weight as required. The unit is capable of operating at speeds of up to 350 units per minute (depending on weight and size) and can be linked to I.T. management information systems.

The units are available in four widths, I.O. Systems have found the LCH to be very successful in feeding products into or receiving from checkweighers, labellers, x-raying/metal detection equipment and also in Sortation applications in various applications including e-commerce distribution businesses.
